These terms are between Samuel Long Productions LLC, which runs SLP Media (“we”), and the studio, photographer or business that opens an account on SLP Media galleries (“you”). By creating a studio you agree to them. Last updated September 2026.
Hosted photo galleries with SelfSearch AI for your clients and their guests, under your name and branding, on the plan you choose. We host the photos, run the face matching, send the emails the galleries send, and keep the service up. You keep every right to your photographs; we only store and serve them for you.
Prices are listed at slpmedia.pro/pricing. A Per event credit ($49) is spent the first time a gallery is published and is not refunded once spent. Photos over a plan’s allowance cost $19 per extra 1,000, paid before a Per event gallery goes live or added to a Pro plan’s next invoice. A new studio gets 10 days free with no card, with galleries up to 1,500 photos and up to 5 people; when the trial ends, nothing new can be published until a plan is chosen, and what is already live stays live.
While SLP Media is in private preview, plans and credits are set up by hand: we invoice you, and you change or cancel a plan by writing to hello@slpmedia.pro. A cancelled plan stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Card payments on our invoices are handled by our payment processor; we never see your card number. If an invoice goes unpaid we may stop new galleries from being published until it is settled; what is already live stays live.
You are responsible for having the right to upload and share each photo, and for telling the people you photograph how their photos and faces are used, in line with the law where you work. The galleries’ privacy page says what we do with a selfie and with the face data derived from your photos; you agree it is accurate for how you use the service. We do not sell or use your clients’ names, emails, photos or face data for anything but running your galleries. Face data is kept while the gallery is up and for 30 days after its close date, then deleted with the photos; a gallery with no close date keeps it until the gallery is deleted.
Use the service to identify people without their knowledge, to host anything unlawful or abusive, to store material that is not photography you deliver to clients, or to get around a plan’s limits. We may pause a studio that does, and we will tell you why.
You can close your studio any time by writing to hello@slpmedia.pro; galleries come down and their photos and face data are deleted within thirty days. We may end the service with thirty days’ notice, and sooner for a breach of these terms.
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and to keep your photos safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
If we change these terms in a way that matters we will email the studio’s owners at least fourteen days before it takes effect. Questions go to hello@slpmedia.pro.
